As a Digital Marketing Manager at Uvation, you will be pivotal in crafting and executing marketing strategies to drive growth and enhance market positioning in the competitive North American data center market. Your role will combine strategic marketing initiatives with hands-on content creation, public relations management, and digital marketing expertise to boost brand visibility, generate leads, and support sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Marketing Strategy Development and Execution:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the North American data center market.
    • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing campaigns with business objectives and sales goals.
  2. Lead Generation and Campaign Management:
    • Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, events, content) to generate qualified leads and support sales efforts.
    • Manage Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, and performance optimization.
  3. Content Creation and Management:
    • Write, edit, and publish high-quality content such as articles, blog posts, case studies, and white papers.
    • Maintain an editorial calendar and ensure timely delivery of compelling content across various platforms.
    • Optimize content for user experience using CMS platforms and basic HTML/CSS.
  4. Public Relations Strategy:
    • Develop and execute PR plans to enhance brand image and reputation.
    • Craft press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials to communicate company news and achievements.
    • Build and maintain relationships with media, journalists, and influencers to secure coverage.
  5. Digital Marketing:
    • Oversee digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, email campaigns, and social media.
    • Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) to track performance, generate insights, and optimize strategies.
  6. Social Media Marketing Analysis & Research:
    • Conduct analysis and research on social media marketing trends, audience engagement, and campaign performance specifically for the North American market.
    • Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
    • Use social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics) to track metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  7. Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
    • Conduct market research and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for business growth in the North American data center market.
    • Analyze customer behavior, preferences, and purchasing patterns to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
    • Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to drive business growth.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing campaigns.
    • Measure and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for optimization.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing analytics.
    • Prepare detailed reports and present findings to key stakeholders.

    • Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, product development, customer support) to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.

  10. Reporting and Budget Management:
    • Manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI and cost-effectiveness.
    • Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, performance metrics, and outcomes for senior management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Journalism, or related field. MBA or master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years in marketing with a focus on B2B technology or data center solutions. Proven experience in lead generation and revenue growth.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, Google Tag Manager,, social media marketing tools , analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics), and content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Magento). Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
  • Market Research: Proven experience conducting market research and competitive analysis specifically for the North American market. Ability to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and purchasing patterns to develop data-driven strategies.
  • Social Media Marketing: Expertise in social media strategy, content creation, and analysis, including using social media analytics tools to drive engagement and optimize performance.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, analytical thinking, project management abilities, and the capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Additional Skills: Strong portfolio of published work and demonstrated ability to create engaging content and execute effective PR campaigns.
