Responsibilities
- Implement and own project management tools
- Delegate and track project tasks, collaborating with the DMT
- Track project performance
- Scope project resources and identify conflicts
- Own and share the project timeline
- Lead and contribute to meetings (daily standups, retrospectives, backlog refinement)
- Ensure alignment with organizational objectives
- Develop relationships with cross-functional teams and clients, identifying moments to leverage emerging opportunities
- Ensure all projects operate according to schedule and in support of high-level team objectives
- Establish process, set standards, and ensure work meets quality standards
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to eliminate waste and increase quality of work
Qualifications
- BA in Design, Communications, Marketing, or a similar field
- 5+ years of project or team management experience
- Digital marketing experience in an agency or brand setting
- Sound understanding of digital and web marketing principles
- Awareness and understanding of UX and UI best practices
- Awareness and understanding of general e-commerce best practices and trends
- Proven experience taking design from idea through execution
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Project management software experience (Monday.com, Atlassian, Asana, or similar)
- Collaborative individual with experience working across brand, marketing, and digital teams
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary ranging from $75,000 - $105,000, commensurate with experience and skills
- Eligible for annual corporate bonus based on company and individual performance
