This is a startup-like opportunity within Tyndale for an AI-native collaborator who wants to make an impact in digital Bible engagement. If you're excited about using cutting-edge tools to solve complex problems, analyzing user behavior to improve digital experiences, and collaborating with remote engineering and design teams to create and refine apps, this may be the role for you.

As a part of Tyndale's newest team, you will gain hands-on experience managing mobile app products like the Filament Bible app while working alongside our Director of Digital Product and Digital Product Operations Specialist. This position offers exposure to every aspect of digital product management—feature design, customer feedback analysis, content management, cross-functional collaboration—in an agile, startup-style environment where your contributions will directly impact how people engage with Scripture digitally.

Responsibilities

  • Discover product improvements by analyzing customer feedback from multiple channels (app store reviews, surveys, direct feedback, user interview transcripts) and translating insights into actionable recommendations for mobile app enhancements
  • Maintain user experience by managing content updates to within the Filament Bible app, including Bible reading plans, video content, and more
  • Identify growth opportunities and potential issues by monitoring and assessing mobile app analytics data to support data-driven product decisions
  • Accelerate team productivity and innovation by creatively implementing AI tools across various product management tasks and processes
  • Collaborate effectively with remote engineering, design, and product management teammates to assess, prioritize, and implement bug fixes and feature updates

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools beyond basic chatbot interactions, with creative applications in school or work projects that show an AI-native mindset
  • Interest in mobile app products, user experience, and digital engagement, with willingness to contribute across multiple product management disciplines regardless of primary academic focus
  • Currently pursuing a degree in software engineering, UX design, digital marketing, Bible/theology, or related field, with openness to learning outside your primary area of study
  • Collaborative mindset and excitement about working in a fast-paced, startup-style environment within an established organization
  • Personal alignment with and adherence to the Bible as God’s Word, and agreement with our Statement of Faith
