Job Description

Job Description
Overview:
The position will be responsible for multiple digital product launches as part of a larger digital transformation campaign. Prior expertise in working with third party/platform providers to customize cloud solutions, integrate into a broader business and technical architecture and envision/launch the product to hundreds of companies is sought. The role will act as project manager and product ‘owner’ through the development and launch phases and transition to a success manager and team after launch.
This is both a technical role (requiring a strong understanding of current cloud based platforms, integration process and tools, and technical architecture) and a product/project launch expert. The successful candidate will be comfortable in executive level meetings leading product planning and launch discussions, working with project teams (internal and third party) in a technical capacity to understand the state of configurations, testing and readiness activities, and ensuring the project/product supporting materials is kept current and aligned with a corporate PMO. Attention to detail, risk management and resolution expertise, and ability to effectively communicate the state of the project/product efforts are all important skills.
The position will be based in Chicago, IL and require occasional visits to corporate headquarters in Neenah, Wisconsin (on average 3-5 days a month), as well as to vendors/supplier partners both in San Francisco and on the East Coast US. Extensive experience as a Product/Program Management with a heavy hiring emphasis placed on successful prior product launch capabilities.

Qualifications

Qualifications Requirements:
• 4 year bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (technology, business, computer science preferred).
• Minimum of 8+ years professional / technology projects experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Project and/or SmartSheets, Google Drive and MS Office products for content and collaboration sake.
• Effective communications skills (inter-personal and digital).
• Compelling project leadership style and ability to convey a product/launch vision.
• PMP certification would be a plus though not required
• Adkar/Change Leadership expertise would be a bonus
• Prior experience in launch digital products for commercial purposes (customized/integrated third party cloud and platform solutions) – project lead or project manager roles in such experiences would be a big bonus
• Masters degree or equivalent advanced business certificate would be a bonus
