JOB SUMMARY

The Director of Marketing is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive patient acquisition, patient retention, brand awareness, and business growth across the organization. This leader will oversee marketing operations, digital and traditional marketing initiatives, brand management, community engagement, and market analytics while partnering closely with executive leadership, clinical teams, and practice operations to support organizational growth objectives.(House of brands, DSO)

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, data-driven decision maker, and collaborative leader who can translate market insights into impactful marketing programs that strengthen brand presence and deliver measurable business results.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals and growth initiatives .Achieve preset new patient branding KPIs
  • Partner with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities and support expansion plans.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive activity, patient behavior, and demographic data to identify opportunities for increased market share.
  • Lead the development of annual and long-range marketing plans that support patient acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Identify and evaluate new service lines, market segments, and partnership opportunities.

Brand Management & Communications

  • Serve as the steward of the organization's brand strategy, ensuring consistency across all patient-facing and internal communications.
  • Develop compelling messaging and value propositions that differentiate the organization within the marketplace.
  • Oversee the creation, review, production, and distribution of marketing materials, digital content, and promotional campaigns.
  • Strengthen brand awareness and reputation through strategic communications and community engagement initiatives.

Digital Marketing & Patient Acquisition

  • Lead all digital marketing initiatives, including website strategy, search engine optimization (SEO), paid search, social media, email marketing, and online reputation management.
  • Develop targeted campaigns designed to increase patient acquisition and engagement.
  • Manage lead generation strategies and optimize marketing funnel performance.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness, adjusting strategies based on performance data and market insights.

Practice Marketing Support

  • Collaborate with practice leaders and operational teams to develop customized local marketing plans that align with office-specific goals, demographics, staffing needs, and revenue targets.
  • Support practice-level growth through community outreach, local partnerships, and patient engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure marketing resources and programs effectively support providers and office teams.
  • Move marketing to the next phase: SEO, AI

Market Research & Analytics

  • Conduct ongoing market research and competitive benchmarking to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Establish and track key marketing performance indicators, including patient growth, campaign performance, conversion rates, return on investment (ROI), and patient engagement metrics.
  • Provide regular reporting and recommendations to executive leadership based on data analysis and business outcomes.

Partnership & Program Management

  • Support payer-related marketing communications and initiatives, including patient education regarding preferred payer relationships and network updates.
  • Lead promotional efforts related to patient membership, discount, loyalty, or wellness programs.
  • Partner with vendors and strategic partners to launch and promote new products, services, and patient offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and referral sources.

Leadership & Team Management

  • Provide leadership, direction, coaching, and development to the marketing team.
  • Manage department workflows, priorities, and resource allocation to ensure efficient execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources to maximize organizational impact.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Continuously identify innovative marketing practices, technologies, and opportunities to drive organizational success.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • At least seven years of experience in marketing and long-range planning required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to lift, move, push 50lbs or more
