This is a senior, externally facing role for a relationship-oriented commercial leader who can operate at both the executive and field level. You will build durable relationships with national and regional consulting leaders, practice leads, clinical and analytics experts, producers, and account teams. You will also work closely with Sales and other commercial partners to help employers evaluate and adopt Hinge Health.

The role combines regional leadership with national partnership responsibilities. Depending on business needs, you will own a geographic territory and serve as the relationship lead for employee benefits consulting firms.

What You'll Accomplish

  • Build and execute a territory and consultant-partnership plan focused on the firms, offices, contacts, and employer accounts with the greatest growth potential.

  • Develop trusted relationships with benefits consultants, brokers, advisory firms, practice leaders, clinical experts, actuaries, producers, and account teams.

  • Generate consultant-influenced pipeline by creating targeted engagement plans, warm introductions, executive meetings, and business-case opportunities with Sales.

  • Lead strategic relationships with assigned national and regional consulting firms, including joint plans, business reviews, education, and growth initiatives.

  • Create and activate referral, reseller, data-sharing, and other channel partnerships in collaboration with Legal, Finance, Operations, Health Economics, and commercial leadership.

  • Educate consultants on Hinge Health’s clinical model, technology, outcomes, claims-based ROI methodology, member experience, and solutions such as HingeSelect.

  • Present and demonstrate Hinge Health at consultant meetings, executive briefings, webinars, continuing-education sessions, conferences, roundtables, and partner events.

  • Translate complex clinical, actuarial, product, contracting, and implementation topics into clear, credible stories that help consultants advise their clients.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Client Success, Clinical, Product, Marketing, Health Economics, Health Plan Partnerships, Ecosystem Partnerships, Legal, and Operations to advance opportunities and improve the partner experience.

  • Bring consultant feedback, market intelligence, competitive insight, and objections back to internal teams to strengthen our products, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.

  • Maintain disciplined Salesforce activity, relationship, opportunity, and partner-involvement data.

Who You Are

  • A senior commercial and relationship leader who can build trust with both executive stakeholders and field-level consultant teams.

  • A strategic operator who turns relationships and market insight into measurable access, influence, pipeline, and revenue.

  • A clear, compelling storyteller who can make clinical evidence, ROI, product value, and implementation details easy to understand.

  • An entrepreneurial, organized, and adaptable partner who manages multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

  • A collaborative teammate who brings structure to complex opportunities and works effectively across functions.

  • A credible ambassador for Hinge Health who values clinical rigor, member experience, and long-term partner trust.

Basic Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience selling health technology, employee benefits, healthcare services, or related solutions through consultant, broker, or advisory channels.

  • Established relationships and market knowledge within benefits consulting, brokerage, or healthcare advisory firms.

  • Demonstrated success building new partnerships and expanding existing strategic relationships.

  • Experience generating pipeline and closing complex, consultative B2B opportunities through indirect or partner channels.

  • Strong executive presence, presentation, discovery, storytelling, negotiation, and written communication skills.

  • Ability to discuss clinical evidence, claims-based ROI, analytics, pricing, contracting, implementation, and competitive positioning with sophisticated audiences.

  • Demonstrated ability to create and execute business plans while managing multiple priorities.

  • Strong project-management, organization, follow-through, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Working proficiency with Salesforce, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365.

  • Willingness to travel approximately 30–50% for partner meetings, conferences, events, and team collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience negotiating channel, referral, reseller, data-sharing, or revenue-based partnership agreements.

  • Experience selling digital MSK, benefits, health plans, clinical services, or adjacent healthcare solutions.

  • Experience leading consultant education, continuing-education programs, executive roundtables, or partner councils.

  • Health insurance license.
