- Vision & AI Transformation: Define the multi-year roadmap for modernizing the Transaction Processing Network Specifications ecosystem. Transition our team from traditional technical writing to managing "documentation as code," leveraging Generative AI to automate content generation, validation, and accessibility.
- AI-Fluent Architecture: Partner with the GPN AI Program to integrate LLMs and agentic workflows into the documentation lifecycle. Design systems where AI tools can ingest our technical specifications to provide real-time, consultative support to internal and external partners.
- Documentation Modernization: Oversee the migration of legacy manuals to structured, AI-ready data formats. Implement validation mechanisms to ensure accuracy across all technical specifications.
- Network Policy Partnership: Partner closely with the Network Policy team to ensure seamless alignment between evolving business regulations and our technical documentation. Act as a stakeholder in translating modernized rules into queryable, AI-ready technical standards, you will ensure a single source of truth for network compliance to technical specifications.
- Strategic Leadership: Drive organizational alignment, ensuring our documentation strategy supports the broader Network Product & Platforms (NPP) objectives and the long-term goals of the Transaction Processing organization.
- Consultative AI Integration: Partner with the Network Policy team to test, develop and deploy AI-driven interfaces that allow developers and stakeholders to "chat with our docs," reducing the friction of finding technical answers and speeding up time-to-market for new initiatives.
