Job Description

Position Title: Sales Director

Location: Chicago, IL

Position Type: Fulltime

Expectations:

  • 6- 8 years of Business development skills
  • Experienced Hunter with the understanding of the overall sales cycle and preferably having own new logos consistently year on year
  • Experienced in selling to Banking and Financial Services domain especially in US
  • Experience in selling Digital Transformation projects in BFS
  • Should have built the core contacts and networks within BFS Sector
  • Understanding of the clear sub sect within BFS
  • Experience in managing the new logos and created a growth of more than 50-75% in the second year and further – Having a track record of Upselling and Cross-Selling
  • Have used extensively any of the sales tracking tools, Sugar CRM or Sales Force or others
  • Willing to travel extensively across US
  • Experience in understanding and selling overall IT services skills
  • Excellent Communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Bring in a strong BFS domain experience and work towards building the portfolio
  • Lead Generation
  • Building a strong pipeline and opportunity identification and qualification in a shorter time frame
  • Dedicated inside sales would be assigned to help on this process
  • Work with the BFS Practice line and work through the regional specific activities
  • Work with the Practice Owners and Horizontal Service Line owners on completing the sales
  • Build a strategic approach on achieving the growth goals through an effective account specific research and analytics
  • Contract Management and Negotiation
  • Customer Relationship Management
