You focus on closing. We’ll focus on filling your calendar.

We’re Fuelerate, a growth partner for Shopify brands.
We help eCommerce brands grow through CRO, high-converting
redesigns, and A/B testing. We have a strong offer, proven client results,
and an acquisition engine we’re ready to scale.

Now we’re looking for an E-commerce Sales Closer who can turn qualified opportunities into signed deals.

Once ramped up, our goal is to put 6–8 qualified calls per day on your calendar. Your job is to understand the prospect, find the real problem, position the right solution, and close. If you’re obsessed with sales, want serious call volume, and get excited about closing $6k–$15k deals, keep reading.

What We Value

At Fuelerate, we move fast and care about results. We value ownership, speed, accountability, and high standards. That means owning your numbers. Following up when others stop. Learning from lost deals. Getting better every week. And never waiting for someone else to push an opportunity forward. You’ll have support, training, and a calendar of opportunities. But what happens on those calls is yours to own.

If you’re competitive, coachable, and want to become exceptional at sales, you’ll thrive here.If you need to be pushed, avoid accountability, or are comfortable being average, this won’t be the right environment.

What You’ll Do

Your main job is simple: close qualified eCommerce brands.

You’ll:

  • run sales calls with eCommerce founders and decision-makers
  • understand their business, problems, goals, and growth opportunities
  • sell CRO redesigns and ongoing A/B testing services
  • manage deals from discovery through proposal and close
  • follow up consistently and keep opportunities moving
  • maintain a clean, accurate pipeline
  • learn our offers, case studies, and sales process deeply
  • work with our CRO team when deeper strategy is needed
  • review your calls and continuously improve your close rate
  • help us improve our sales process as we scale

This is not primarily a prospecting role. We’re building the acquisition engine to keep our closers busy. You may help with other sales activities while ramping, but your main responsibility is closing.

What You Bring
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience
  • proven experience closing deals, not just setting appointments
  • agency sales experience OR experience selling an eCommerce-focused B2B offer
  • experience selling to founders and senior decision-makers
  • strong discovery, objection handling, follow-up, and closing skills
  • excellent spoken and written English
  • strong understanding of eCommerce and DTC businesses
  • confidence discussing revenue, conversion rates, marketing, and growth
  • a track record of hitting sales targets
  • strong ownership over your pipeline and results

Bonus points for:

  • experience selling CRO, Shopify development, web design, paid media, or other agency services
  • experience selling $5k–$15k+ offers
  • experience selling recurring retainers
  • deep Shopify / DTC knowledge
  • experience selling to US-based brands

Why Fuelerate

Qualified Call VolumeOur bottleneck is sales capacity, not acquisition. Once ramped, our goal is to give you 6–8 qualified calls per day.

A Strong ProductYou’ll sell CRO services that create measurable value for our clients, backed by real results and case studies.

Serious Earning PotentialOur average deals are around $6k–$15k, with strong commissions and uncapped upside.

Real OwnershipYou own your calls, pipeline, follow-ups, and results. We give you room to perform.

Leadership OpportunityWe’re building a team of 2–3 closers. Top performers will have opportunities to grow into sales leadership as Fuelerate scales.

Challenges (Honest Bit)

This is not a passive sales job. You’ll be expected to:

  • handle multiple calls per day
  • stay sharp even after hearing 'no'
  • follow up relentlessly
  • own your numbers
  • learn from lost deals
  • understand the business behind what you’re selling
  • continuously improve your sales skills

You won't need to spend your whole day hunting for someone to sell to. But when we put an opportunity on your calendar, we expect you to make the most of it.
