Enterprise Account Executive – ManufacturingWhy We Have This Role

Our Enterprise Account Executive team is a group of highly driven individuals dedicated to closing experience gaps across the world’s leading industrial organizations. In the modern Manufacturing sector—spanning automotive, aerospace, industrial equipment, consumer packaged goods (CPG), and high-tech manufacturing—supply chain resilience, dealer/distributor enablement, product quality feedback, and frontline workforce safety and retention are top priorities. Our SaaS platform empowers global manufacturers to capture real-time operational feedback, elevate customer and partner journeys, and drive action with pre-built Experience Management (XM) programs.

How You’ll Find Success
  • Takes Initiative: Understands the expected outcome, grasps complex industrial ecosystems, and works entrepreneurially to execute.

  • Domain & Industry Acumen: Deep understanding of key business drivers, metrics, and buyer personas in Manufacturing (e.g., B2B customer retention, dealer/distributor satisfaction, product feedback loops, plant floor employee engagement, warranty/service experience, and supply chain partner feedback).

  • Proven Deal Closer: Strong track record of consistently exceeding quota and acquiring high-value enterprise industrial accounts.

  • Complex Solution Selling: Ability to sell a multi-solution, enterprise-grade SaaS platform (Qualtrics Experience Management) into large, matrixed manufacturing enterprises with complex global operations.

  • Strategic Negotiation: Skilled in navigating formal procurement procedures, multi-stakeholder consensus building, vendor risk assessments, and enterprise contract negotiations.

Things You’ll Do
  • Quarterback strategic enterprise deals with Fortune 500 manufacturers, automotive OEMs, industrial equipment providers, and CPG giants in your territory.

  • Consistently hit and exceed quarterly and annual revenue quotas.

  • Cultivate C-level and VP-level relationships across Commercial Operations, Customer Experience (CX), Product Strategy, Supply Chain, Field Service, and Human Resources.

  • Develop and maintain deep domain knowledge of Qualtrics’ XM offerings and how they solve manufacturing challenges (e.g., B2B client health, dealer network experience, product quality feedback, frontline plant worker retention, and Voice of the Customer/Partner).

  • Maintain a real-time understanding of the competitive landscape to build win-based proposals and strategic pricing models.

  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams (Professional Services, Solutions Engineering, SME Leads, and Customer Success) to orchestrate collaborative, high-impact enterprise sales cycles.

What We’re Looking For On Your Resume
  • A validated top performer with a proven track record of breakthrough sales results.

  • 5–10+ years of direct enterprise SaaS sales experience, preferably targeting Manufacturing, Industrial, Supply Chain, or Automotive sectors.

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher required.

  • Demonstrated mastery of the MEDDPICC / MEDDIC sales process.

  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce.com and sales forecasting hygiene.

  • Experience developing complex business cases and ROI models focused on account retention, dealer network loyalty, product quality insights, and workforce productivity.

  • Proven track record of navigating long, complex contract negotiations with global manufacturing enterprises.

  • Ability to travel up to 50% as needed for key client site visits, executive briefings, and industry summits.

For full-time positions, this pay range is for base per year; however, base pay offered within this range may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer.
