Lead delivery for large, complex Wraithwatch deployments to federal and Fortune 500 customers. Act as primary customer interface, manage timelines, coordinate fixes with engineers, navigate compliance and organizational politics, and work on-site frequently to ensure mission outcomes.
The summary above was generated by AI

Wraithwatch was founded by security engineers from SpaceX, Palantir, and Anduril to build the next generation of AI-powered cyber defense systems for the United States and its allies. We are deployed today to customers spanning Fortune 500, US Federal Government, commercial nuclear, aerospace, defense, maritime, and other emerging technology companies. Our core product is a cyber defense platform utilizing generative artificial intelligence agents to autonomously model a digital twin of an organization's entire IT and cybersecurity environment and analyze it for weaknesses, misconfigurations, and chains of possible attack.

The Enterprise Mission Manager will be the delivery lead on large, complex, Wraithwatch deployments to both federal and Fortune 500 customers. If you only speak one or the other, you are not the right person for this role.

Responsibilities

This is not your typical PM role. As an Enterprise Mission Manager, you are the primary interface between Wraithwatch and our customers across both federal and commercial sectors, and you move swiftly to own outcomes for both our customers and us. You will be on-site with stakeholders regularly—building relationships, understanding their operational realities, and making sure we deliver.

You will hold both customers and Wraithwatch engineers equally accountable to timelines. You will sit with users, learn what's broken, and choreograph fixes with core product. You will navigate deliverable timelines, GRC processes, and the particular politics of your customer's organization. When things slip - and they will - you fix them or escalate fast.

Basic Qualifications

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance

  • Track record of managing delivery of complex software across multiple stakeholders with competing priorities

  • Comfortable being on-site with customers multiple days per week

  • Technical fluency—you should be able to hold your own in a conversation about modern AI stacks, cybersecurity, IT, APIs, infrastructure, or data pipelines without requiring an engineer to hold your hand

  • Willing to work extended hours when mission demands it, which is often

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience with DoD, IC, federal civilian, AND Fortune 500 / 1000 organizations

  • Experience with ATO processes, FedRAMP, or similar compliance frameworks
