Developer Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Workday Integration Consultant/Developer with deep expertise in designing, developing, testing, and supporting Workday integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs), Core Connectors, and integration troubleshooting. Experience with Workday Extend and Workday Orchestrate is highly desirable. This role will be responsible for delivering scalable, secure, and efficient integrations between Workday and various enterprise applications across HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, Identity Management, and third-party systems. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Workday Integration Development • Design, develop, deploy, and maintain complex Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, and Workday APIs. • Build inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and third-party applications. • Develop integrations utilizing SOAP/REST web services, XML, XSLT, JSON, and Workday Web Service APIs. • Design file-based, API-based, and middleware-based integration architectures. Integration Support & Optimization • Analyze integration logs, error reports, and transaction failures to ensure timely resolution. • Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures for recurring integration issues. Workday Security & Compliance • Ensure integrations adhere to Workday security framework and organizational compliance requirements. • Manage authentication methods including OAuth, API credentials, certificates, and secure file transfer protocols. • Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, Benefits, IT, and external vendors to understand integration requirements. • Translate business needs into technical integration solutions. • Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-production support activities.
