improveit 360 is looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager – ABM to build and scale our account-based marketing strategy for a focused market of high-value remodeling businesses.

This is a strategic, hands-on role for an experienced ABM marketer who can bring Marketing and Sales together around a shared target-account strategy and turn account intelligence into programs that drive engagement, pipeline and revenue.

You’ll own the ABM motion across target account strategy, account tiering, buying committee engagement, intent, coordinated Sales and Marketing plays, Marketing Qualified Accounts (MQAs), and measurement. Because we serve a relatively small, high-value market, you’ll help us determine where highly personalized 1:1 and 1:few approaches matter most and where broader account-based programs can create leverage.

Most importantly, you’ll build a strong partnership with Sales and create a repeatable ABM operating model that both teams can use to identify, engage and progress the accounts that matter most.

Responsibilities:

Own the ABM Strategy

  • Own and continuously refine improveit 360’s Target Account List (TAL), account tiers and prioritization criteria in partnership with Sales.
  • Define priority personas and buying committees and improve contact coverage across target accounts.
  • Develop the right mix of 1:1, 1:few and 1:many strategies based on account value, ICP fit, intent and engagement.
  • Build and maintain a prioritized roadmap for evolving the ABM program as our capabilities mature.

Build and Activate Account-Based Programs

  • Develop integrated account-based plays across priority accounts and segments.
  • Translate account tiers, buying committees and customer needs into differentiated engagement strategies.
  • Partner with Paid Media, Product Marketing, Content, Events and other teams to activate coordinated account experiences.
  • Identify messaging, content and personalization needs and partner with channel owners to bring them to market.
  • Test and optimize channels, audiences, messaging and plays based on account engagement and progression.

Lead Sales + Marketing Alignment

  • Serve as the primary Marketing partner to Sales leadership for the ABM motion.
  • Establish recurring account reviews focused on priority accounts, intent, engagement and next actions.
  • Translate Marketing and account intelligence into actionable recommendations for AEs and SDRs.
  • Develop Sales plays and enablement tied to account tier, persona and buying signals.
  • Build feedback loops so Sales insights continually improve targeting, messaging and qualification.

Own Account Progression + Measurement

  • Own the account funnel from target account → engaged account → MQA → Sales-accepted account → opportunity → pipeline/revenue.
  • Define and continuously improve MQA criteria and Sales handoffs in partnership with Sales and RevOps.
  • Use account fit, intent, buying committee engagement and Marketing activity to identify accounts showing meaningful buying signals.
  • Partner with Marketing Ops and RevOps on ZoomInfo MarketingOS, Salesforce integrations, data quality, workflows and reporting.
  • Measure account coverage, engagement, MQAs, Sales acceptance, opportunities, pipeline and revenue.
  • Use performance data and Sales feedback to identify where accounts are stalling and continually improve the program.

Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:

You enjoy building, not simply inheriting a mature ABM program. You’re comfortable walking into ambiguity, assessing what exists and creating structure without overengineering it.

You know successful ABM starts with Sales and Marketing agreeing on who matters, how to engage them and what happens when an account shows interest. You bring a strong point of view while remaining collaborative enough to adapt based on Sales feedback, customer insights and performance.

Ultimately, you’re focused on building the right ABM program for the market — one that is actionable for Sales and creates measurable account progression, pipeline and revenue.

  • Significant experience building or leading B2B account-based marketing programs, ideally in SaaS or another complex B2B environment.
  • Hands-on experience with target account strategy, account tiering, buying committees, intent, personalization and ABM measurement.
  • Strong understanding of 1:1, 1:few and 1:many ABM models and when to use each.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with Sales leadership, AEs and SDRs to build shared account strategies and coordinated plays.
  • Experience with ABM and intent platforms such as ZoomInfo MarketingOS, 6sense, Demandbase, Propensity or similar.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce and experience partnering with Marketing Ops and RevOps on data, integrations and reporting.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate account data into clear actions and business decisions.
  • Ability to move comfortably between strategy and execution and work cross-functionally across Marketing.
  • Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.
