Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of hands-on engineering experience, including architecture and production delivery
- Strong coding background with the ability to build and review production-quality code
- Experience with at least one low-code / workflow / integration platform (Boomi strongly preferred; Power Platform also valuable)
- Experience using AI coding platforms (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, etc.) to accelerate development responsibly
- Strong experience with APIs, relational databases, and integration-heavy systems
- CI/CD and cloud deployment experience (Azure preferred)
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills in ambiguous environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building platforms used across multiple delivery teams or projects
- Familiarity with Power Automate, Power Apps, and automation patterns
- Experience applying AI in delivery workflows (RAG, orchestration, decision support)
- Experience operating systems in production (monitoring, incident response, support readiness)

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $172,000.00 to $258,000.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

About the Role
WWT is building a small, high-impact team responsible for AI Execution Platforms - repeatable delivery apps, workflows, and integrations that materially improve execution across customer delivery projects (managed services, large programs, and multi-site delivery).
This team is not focused on employee productivity tooling (agents, prompts, and personal copilots). It focuses on delivery execution platforms that live for months or quarters, are reused across projects, and must be observable and supportable.
As the Execution Architect, you will own the technical direction and delivery patterns while remaining hands-on. This is an execution-first role—not a traditional long-term platform team.
Candidates must be comfortable working in a rapidly evolving AI and automation landscape and continuously adapting their approach as tools and best practices change.
Key Responsibilities
- Own architecture decisions across AI-enabled delivery platforms
- Establish lightweight SDLC guardrails optimized for speed, safety, and clean retirement
- Build and maintain patterns for observability, runbooks, and operational handoff
- Design and deliver end-to-end solutions spanning workflow, integration, APIs, data, and UI when needed
- Lead technical planning, code reviews, and delivery execution
- Enable rotating contributors (contractors and SMEs) through templates, standards, and documentation
- Partner with Internal IT for Power Platform and Copilot governance and guardrails
