JLL has launched Accelerate, its 2030 strategy, a bold, company-wide commitment to transforming how we operate, compete, and grow. This is not incremental change. It is a fundamental reimagining of JLL.

The Opportunity

The Executive Director, Reward Partner—Real Estate Management Services (REMS) reports to and partners closely with the Global Head of Total Rewards and is a key member of the Total Rewards (TR) Leadership Team. This senior leader is accountable for shaping and delivering the integrated Reward agenda for REMS.  In this role, you will align REMS's business and workforce priorities with JLL's global Reward strategy and appropriate country-level approaches.

Operating as a strategic advisor to REMS leadership, HR Directors (HRDs), and HR Business Partners (HRBPs), you will bring deep Reward expertise, external market perspective, and data-driven insight to business and workforce decisions. You will draw upon specialist capabilities across the broader Total Rewards Center of Excellence (CoE)—including compensation and incentives, equity, benefits, governance, regulatory expertise, analytics, and operations—to develop and deliver integrated solutions for the business.

What You'll Own

  • Shape and deliver the integrated Reward agenda for REMS, translating the business's strategy, workforce priorities, and needs into Reward solutions aligned with JLL's global Reward strategy.
  • Partner with Compensation and other specialist teams to ensure JLL's job architecture, market pricing, salary structures, and Reward frameworks effectively support REMS's business and workforce requirements.
  • Partner with REMS HR leadership and the relevant Total Rewards specialists to ensure Reward programs are effectively implemented, communicated, and understood across the business.
  • Monitor external trends and benchmarks. Use data and competitive intelligence to identify emerging Reward and workforce risks and opportunities and recommend appropriate responses.
  • Bring the REMS business perspective into the design and evolution of JLL's compensation and incentive programs, including sales compensation and commission plans, as well as benefits, equity, and other Reward programs, partnering with the relevant specialists to ensure solutions are competitive, equitable, and effectively applied.
  • Lead the business-facing strategy for annual compensation and incentive cycles, including year-end compensation planning, partnering with HR, Finance, specialist Reward teams and the Compensation Knowledge Center to ensure effective planning, governance and execution.
  • Lead and develop the REMS Reward Partner team, building strong business partnership capability across regions and ensuring effective coordination and consistency across the global REMS organization.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure Reward programs and solutions are effectively integrated with JLL's performance, talent, and workforce processes.
  • Develop deep relationships with REMS business leaders, HRDs, HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and other key stakeholders, acting as a trusted Reward advisor on how Reward can support business performance and JLL's ability to attract, retain, and motivate talent.
  • Champion the use of a data-driven approach, using analytics and insights to inform business decisions and raise the profile, visibility, and effectiveness of the Total Rewards team.
  • Partner with the Global Benefits organization to identify REMS-specific needs, competitive issues, and priorities, ensuring the business perspective informs benefits strategy and solutions.
  • Contribute as a member of the Total Rewards Leadership Team to JLL's global Reward strategy, priorities, and operating effectiveness, bringing the REMS perspective while acting in the best interests of JLL as a whole.
