About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

Team Overview

Salesforce is seeking a collaborative, detail-oriented professional to support the demand generation workstream of our customer-facing executive events, as well as the logistics and operations of some internal executive events. This team plays a critical role in driving pipeline and deepening relationships with executive customers and prospects through curated, high-touch experiences.

Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for a demand generation-focused professional who also doesn’t mind diving into event management operations from time to time. This individual excels at cross-functional collaboration, balances resources effectively, and thrives in a fast-paced environment managing multiple concurrent programs. This role is responsible for supporting our audience acquisition efforts for our executive event programs, as well as executing internal event logistics with precision, ensuring seamless coordination across workstreams.

Demand Generation
  • Manage end-to-end demand generation campaigns for Executive Summit programs across multiple events (Dreamforce, World Tour, etc.)
  • Monitor and report on registration metrics, conversion rates, and progress to goals
  • Track outstanding invites, RSVP status, and follow-up requirements
  • Coordinate invitation waves and manage send calendars
  • Communicate nomination criteria, allocations, deadlines and updates to field teams
  • Review and process customer nominations against program criteria
  • Manage nomination campaign statuses
  • Recommend optimizations to improve registration conversion
Internal Executive Events
  • Support various workstreams as needed, including space allocation, creative deliverables, attendee nominations, guest speakers & VIP management, transportation, catering, and evening receptions.
Required Skills / Experience
  • 3+ years of event marketing experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Top-notch organizational skills and time management skills, ability to manage complex tasks quickly and simultaneously
  • Experience using Salesforce (required) and Slack (preferred)
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills.
  • Experience in project management and event coordination is a plus
  • BS or BA related degree, or equivalent experience
  • Ability to travel as needed
Justification

This role is mission-critical to the Executive Experiences team, as it directly supports the demand generation engine behind our highest-impact executive programs. This position ensures the right executives are in the room by managing end-to-end audience acquisition—overseeing nomination campaigns, invitation waves, registration performance, and conversion optimization across multiple flagship events. This role ensures accountability for tracking executive demand, enforcing program criteria, and translating field input into measurable pipeline impact for our Executive Summits. Without this role embedded on our team, we risk losing control of executive targeting, degrading registration quality, and weakening our ability to prove ROI from these high-investment experiences. In addition to the client facing work, this role also supports critical workstreams for CKOs and Laulima.
