Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Experienced Support Integration Specialist in Warner Robins, GA. The selected candidate will play a key role in managing and coordinating technical manual data and procedures to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery within aerospace production and maintenance programs. This position involves analyzing configuration changes, developing integrated schedules, and supporting program metrics and reporting while collaborating closely with military or commercial customers to meet contract requirements and drive process improvements.
Candidates should have strong experience interpreting engineering drawings, interfacing directly with customers, and supporting presentations and program briefings. The role requires a proactive approach to issue resolution, process documentation, and coordination of audits and change management to enhance overall program success and customer satisfaction.
Position Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
  • Develop, maintain, and verify technical manual data and procedures to ensure documentation is accurate, current, and compliant with contract requirements
  • Develop and coordinate integrated master schedules and reports to support metrics development, tracking, and program management
  • Receive, analyze, coordinate, and incorporate change requests and configuration changes, assessing their impact on publications, schedules, and program deliverables
  • Monitor technical data development at both program and unit levels to ensure timely delivery within budget and contractual obligations
  • Prepare agreements, pricing quotes, and scheduling requirements to support program execution
  • Conduct and support presentations, status reviews, and briefings for program management, customers, and stakeholders
  • Make recommendations for new business opportunities and support the implementation of new projects
  • Develop processes, coordinate audits, and create flow diagrams, process steps, and metrics to improve operational efficiency
  • Solicit customer feedback and take action to improve satisfaction with company services
  • Investigate and resolve issues as directed to maintain program quality and performance
  • Schedule work in accordance with documented policies and coordinate activities across impacted organizations

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 3+ years of experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
  • Experience in aerospace production and maintenance
  • Experience interfacing directly with military or commercial customers

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • C-17 Technical Publications experience

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $94,350 - $127,650
