Boeing is seeking an experienced Facilities Site Manager to lead day-to-day mission critical operations and maintenance activities at a customer location in Aurora, CO.
This key personnel role will manage complex facilities and logistics services that ensure mission readiness and sustainment across 24x7 operational environments. They will be responsible for directing all on-site resources, ensuring delivery of site-specific contract requirements, maintaining continuity of support through personnel changes, and coordinating closely with Government representatives (CO, COTR, CLIN Manager, GPOCs or designees) to meet performance, budget, and schedule expectations.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Direct all site resources in coordination with functional managers to meet Statement of Work (SOW) requirements
  • Provide overall day-to-day management of site operations, including task assignment, performance monitoring, quality assurance, and workforce supervision
  • Support the Enterprise Program Manager by reviewing business systems administration, resources, procedures, and methods to improve operational effectiveness, utility, and efficiency
  • Ensure all services and tasks are delivered within established program guidelines, timelines, and budgets. Monitor execution of financial activities to ensure alignment with Government fiscal year requirements
  • Serve as the primary point-of-contact for Government POCs; interface regularly with CO, COTR, CLIN Manager, GPOCs or their designee
  • Ensure continuity of support during contractor personnel transitions; manage knowledge transfer, on-boarding, and off-boarding to avoid service disruption
  • Provide and lead an appropriately skilled workforce capable of carrying out the functions of the SOW; identify gaps and coordinate hiring, training, or reallocation as required
  • Deliver all site-specific contract requirements, ensuring contract compliance and timely completion of deliverables
  • Support meetings and discussions (program reviews, site meetings, ad hoc meetings)
  • Maintain program documentation, performance metrics, and status reports required by the Enterprise Program Manager and Government representatives
  • Promote a safe and compliant workplace consistent with applicable Federal, state, and local regulations and Boeing policies

Special Program Access or other Government Access Requirements are mandatory for this position.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 5+ years' experience managing programs/projects in government O&M or analogous environments
  • Experience directing on-site resources and leading multi-disciplinary teams in secure government environments
  • 5+ years' experience preparing presentations and presenting to leaders

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Facility Management Professional (FMP), Certified Facility Manager (CFM), Program Management Professional (PMP), or similar certification
  • Experience with government financial systems, budget execution, and CLIN-level tracking
  • Experience interfacing with Government representatives (CO, COTR, CLIN Manager, GPOCs) and supporting contract oversight

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $190,400 - $220,000
