The Opportunity
As a Front Office Strategy Consulting - Service & Support Experienced Associate, you will engage with clients to analyze their needs and develop customer-centric solutions that enhance their customer experience and drive business growth. Within our Management Consulting practice, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements, developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. As an Associate, you will embrace challenges and adapt to diverse client needs, using these experiences as opportunities for growth and personal branding.
In this role at PwC, you will design customer journey maps and offer guidance to help clients create seamless and personalized experiences that foster customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will be part of a dynamic team, applying a learning mindset and taking ownership of your development. Responsibilities
- Analyzing client needs to develop customer-centric solutions that enhance customer experience and drive business growth

- Implementing customer experience strategies to support clients in achieving their business objectives

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $63,000 - $140,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
