This role will be responsible for onboarding, sales methodology adoption, continuous learning, manager enablement, and partner readiness. The ideal candidate brings experience designing and scaling enablement programs within enterprise SaaS, ERP, HCM, or technology organizations and has a passion for helping sales teams succeed through impactful learning experiences, coaching frameworks, and data-driven enablement strategies.

As a key member of the Global Sales Enablement team, you will partner closely with Sales, Presales, Marketing, Partners, Product, and Operations to ensure sellers have the knowledge, skills, tools, and resources required to consistently execute at a high level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute global sales enablement programs supporting onboarding, continuous learning, sales methodology adoption, and skill development.
  • Design and deliver scalable learning experiences including instructor-led training, virtual workshops, bootcamps, certifications, coaching programs, and self-paced learning paths.
  • Partner with Sales, Presales, Marketing, Product, Partner, and Customer Success teams to align enablement activities with business priorities and GTM motions.
  • Support the adoption and reinforcement of IFS sales methodologies, processes, and value-selling approaches across internal and partner-facing teams.
  • Create and maintain role-based enablement journeys for Account Executives, BDRs, Presales, Sales Leaders, and Partner sellers.
  • Collaborate with frontline sales managers to strengthen coaching effectiveness and reinforce key selling behaviors throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Develop enablement content including playbooks, battlecards, messaging guides, competitive positioning, onboarding resources, and learning assets.
  • Measure program effectiveness using KPIs such as ramp time, certification completion, quota attainment, win rates, seller readiness, and learner engagement.
  • Manage enablement communications, learning technologies, and program logistics across global regions.
  • Leverage feedback, performance data, and business insights to continuously improve enablement programs and learning experiences

What We're Offering:

  • Salary Range: $140,000- $160,000, plus bonus
  • Flexible paid time off, including sick and holiday
  •  Medical, dental, & vision insurance
  •  401K with Company contribution
  •  Flexible spending accounts
  •  Life insurance and disability benefits
  •  Tuition assistance
  •  Community involvement and volunteering events

What Success Looks Like

  • Sales teams achieve faster ramp times and improved readiness across all GTM roles.
  • Frontline managers consistently reinforce coaching and methodology adoption.
  • Enablement programs are aligned to strategic business priorities and measurable revenue outcomes.
  • Partner sellers receive scalable enablement experiences that support successful joint selling.
  • Learning programs demonstrate measurable impact on seller productivity, effectiveness, and business performance.
  • Stakeholders view Enablement as a strategic business partner rather than a training function.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, Revenue Enablement, GTM Enablement, or Learning & Development within enterprise software or SaaS organizations.
  • Experience designing and delivering onboarding and ongoing enablement programs at scale.
  • Understanding of enterprise sales motions and sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, Value Selling, Command of the Message, or similar frameworks.
  • Experience supporting global sales organizations across multiple regions and cultures.
  • Strong project and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience partnering with Sales Leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to drive adoption and accountability.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms, enablement technologies, content management systems, and reporting tools.
  • Experience leveraging analytics and business metrics to measure enablement effectiveness.
  • ERP, HCM, EAM, FSM, Industrial AI, or enterprise technology experience preferred.
