We are looking for an experienced Federal Compliance Program Manager to join our Technology Risk & Compliance team. Reporting to the Director of Technology Risk and Compliance, this role allows for remote work provided the individual maintains the readiness to work on-site in a Washington, DC SCIF on a frequent or as-needed basis. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining integrated Federal Compliance frameworks for FedRAMP and DoD authorization. Your work will directly influence business strategy by ensuring compliance activities are integrated into broader business processes and initiatives while supporting our mission as a global cloud security leader.

What you’ll do (Role Expectations)

  • Design, implement, and maintain integrated Federal Compliance frameworks for FedRAMP and DoD authorization, including continuous monitoring and managing project timelines and deliverables

  • Collaborate and communicate Federal Compliance requirements to a wide range of stakeholders, including engineering, security, business teams, external assessors, and federal agencies

  • Monitor relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards while conducting compliance assessments to ensure continued adherence

  • Influence business strategy and decision-making through expert compliance insights and integration of compliance activities into broader initiatives

Who You Are (Success Profile)

  • You thrive in ambiguity. You're comfortable building the path as you walk it. You thrive in a dynamic environment, seeing ambiguity not as a hindrance, but as the raw material to build something meaningful.

  • You act like an owner. Your passion for the mission fuels your bias for action. You operate with integrity because you genuinely care about the outcome. True ownership involves leveraging dynamic range: the ability to navigate seamlessly between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.

  • You are a problem-solver. You love running towards the challenges because you are laser-focused on finding the solution, knowing that solving the hard problems delivers the biggest impact.

  • You are a high-trust collaborator. You are ambitious for the team, not just yourself. You embrace our challenge culture by giving and receiving ongoing feedback—knowing that candor delivered with clarity and respect is the truest form of teamwork and the fastest way to earn trust.

  • You are a learner. You have a true growth mindset and are obsessed with your own development, actively seeking feedback to become a better partner and a stronger teammate. You love what you do and you do it with purpose.

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Proven experience in assessing/developing security control implementations for cloud-native architecture, including containerization and Kubernetes networking.

  • This position requires an active US Government Secret, Top Secret or TS/SCI security clearance.  Maintenance of this clearance is a condition of continued employment.

  • Conceptual knowledge of DoD RMF security controls in a classified environment. Including but not limited to SIPRNet Assessment and Authorization and IL6 provisional authorizations.

  • DoD RMF experience for classified environments is required. Direct experience with IL6 authorization is strongly preferred.

  • Experience implementing and auditing DISA STIGs/SRGS

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences
