Our client is transforming how colleges and universities recruit and enroll students, using proprietary AI-driven technology that delivers real-time insights and measurable results for enrollment teams nationwide. You'll join a lean, fully remote, ~60-person team that's collaborative, accountable, and genuinely passionate about making an impact in higher education. We're looking for a consultative, results-driven sales professional who's energized by technology and driven to control their own financial future. The ideal candidate brings a positive, winning attitude, thrives working independently in a remote and fast-evolving environment, and is motivated by uncapped earning potential paired with real ownership over their book of business.

- Proven track record as a top performer in higher education sales, with prior experience selling into admissions, enrollment, or marketing functions at colleges and universities.
- Skilled at building new client relationships, engaging and closing high-level decision-makers, and delivering compelling presentations that translate technical capabilities into enrollment outcomes.
- Strong understanding of the admissions and enrollment landscape across undergraduate, transfer, graduate, and online populations, proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms, and willingness to travel for campus visits, conferences, and industry events.
- Consistent history of meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets, with references available to validate performance.
- Bachelor's degree required.
