As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for solving organizational challenges through people-related solutions. You'll help create the desired culture and people strategy that will support our Team Members growth and success.  You will partner with various levels throughout the organization to create and execute strategies for how we engage, develop, and retain our workforce.  In addition, you will roll out and, in some cases, create / co-create programs including, talent, performance, compensation and learning and development.  You will work on value driven projects all in the efforts to help our Team Members continue to thrive!

Must live in Central or Mountain Time Zones.

Pay Expectations: $110K/yr. to $140K/yr.

What You Will Do in the Role

  • Foster collaborative relationships with Operations leaders to provide strategic thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategy and execution.
  • Consult with leaders to create the people plan that will support the goals of the organization.
  • Improve organizational health by proactively identifying both qualitative and quantitative trends.
  • Use data to make informed decisions that tie back to the business priorities.
  • Empower Team Members to make informed decisions and be accountable for results.
  • Look for the source of the fire, instead of fighting the fire itself.  Design and implement solutions that are easily understood and with speed and efficiency.  Do not create unnecessary process or bureaucracy.
  • Provide expertise in many of following areas: coaching, organizational design, data analysis, performance management, learning and development, employee relations, and engagement programs.
  • Question everything.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% (Car and Air)

The Experience You Bring

  • Genuine curiosity and a passion for partnership and collaboration
  • 7+ years of business partner or HR generalist experience supporting multi-site leadership
  • Experience with both Non-exempt and Exempt populations.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to build relationships with leaders and a variety of stakeholders to drive organizational change.
  • Experience with coaching, organizational design, data analysis, performance management, learning and development, employee relations, and engagement programs
  • Demonstrated experience with using data to make informed decisions.
