This role combines senior-level executive administrative support with hands-on project management within HR Development. The individual partners closely with leadership to manage day-to-day priorities while planning and executing key initiatives that support the Development function.
This is a high-visibility role requiring strong judgment, organization, and the ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities – Executive Support
Provide direct support to senior HR Development leadership, including complex calendar management and meeting coordination
Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and materials for leadership meetings
Manage communications, including drafting responses and handling confidential information
Coordinate travel, expenses, and meeting logistics
Support leadership meetings, offsites, and events
Project Management & Execution
Plan, coordinate, and execute HR Development projects from initiation through completion
Develop project plans, timelines, and track progress against milestones
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and execution
Manage risks, issues, and dependencies
Provide regular project updates and reporting to leadership
Project Activities
Support project budgeting activities, including tracking spend and resource allocation
Build and deliver polished presentations for senior leadership
Track deliverables and follow up to ensure accountability
Maintain project documentation and reporting dashboards
Assist with resource planning across initiatives
Qualifications & Experience
Experience supporting senior leaders in an executive administrative capacity
Demonstrated project management experience
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Pay Transparency
The salary range for this position is $92,000-$127,000 per year. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the budget, work location, and relevant skills and experience.
