Job Summary:
We are looking for a Director of Talent Acquisition to design and implement new recruiting strategies for our company and oversee our team of 5 internal recruiters to achieve the company’s aggressive growth goals.
The Director of Talent Aquisition’s responsibilities include monitoring recruitment procedures (from sourcing to offer acceptance), managing a team of inside recruiters and identifying high-potential candidates. If you have previous experience leading a small inside team to growth success, we’d like to meet you.
Ultimately, you will be instrumental in helping us grow our exciting and eclectic culture with qualified employees to achieve our revenue goals.
Responsibilities:
- Build talent pipelines for current and future job openings
- Lead all sourcing strategies and efforts
- Manage our external partnerships with job boards, branding and HR software vendors (related to recruitment)
- Implement online and offline employer branding activities
- Help with creation of our annual recruitment budget and global hiring plan
- Oversee all stages of candidate experience (including application, assessments, interviews and onboarding communication)
- Assist with forecasting hiring needs based on business growth plans
- Manage, train and evaluate our team of recruiters and develop an internal benchmark system for plan achievement
- Participate in and host recruitment events to drive awareness of our company (as permitted by COVID and in tandem with the HR team)
- Develop a network of potential future hires (e.g. past applicants and referred candidates)
- Measure key recruitment metrics, like source of hire, time-to-hire, retention, etc.
- Keep ATS system up to date on a daily basis (Workable)
- Help HR/Finance with compensation plan strategy and design
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Director of Talent Acquisition or similar role leading a team of high growth recruiters
- Demonstrable experience managing full-cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives
- Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools
- Extensive hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and HR databases
- Good team-management abilities
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners and candidates)
- College degree (or equivalent work experience)
Preferred Requirements:
- BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
- Sound knowledge of all labor regulations related to best hiring practices, specifically in FL, IL, CA, TX, WI, VA, CO, UT, and GA.
- Extra preference given to candidates who have experience hiring globally, specifically in Ireland (EU) or Japan.
- Strong experience in MS Excel and Google Workspace
