Employee Experience (EX) Specialist

Just as our Consulting Services organization seeks to serve our clients and provide an outstanding experience, our Employee Experience team serves our employees and ensures they have the support they need to be successful.
Solstice is seeking an HR Specialist with 3-5 years of generalist experience to support our EX team.
Here is a snapshot of what you may be doing:
- Maintaining confidential employment data utilizing HRIS database
- Participating in project work and process improvement for HR initiatives from inception to completion; such as performance management, compensation, HRIS, HR audits, and routine or general requests.
- Serving as an objective employee advocate on employee relations issues; providing coaching to employees and leadership
- Assisting with the Mentoring Program
- Supporting the quarterly performance review processes
- Providing ongoing oversight and support to ensure that performance measures are being used effectively
- Assisting with employee engagement initiatives such as survey implementation, data gathering/analysis, recommended courses of action and action-item implementation/monitoring.
- Serving as a key resource on all relevant federal, state, local and human resource regulations and policies
- Assisting with the development and implementation of human resources policies and procedures through employee booklets, communications, and/or meetings.
- Preparing EX reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
- Supporting EX team in various projects
- Bringing your ideas to the table and ideally implementing something new

- Empathetic, Enthusiastic communication style.
- Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of HR experience, or Master’s degree in HR with at least one year of post-graduate experience.
