Employee Experience Generalist and Business Partner

Solstice | Kin + Carta is seeking an HR Generalist and Business Partner with 4-6 years of experience to support our EX team.
Here is a snapshot of what you may be doing:
- Participating in project work and process improvement for HR initiatives from inception to completion; such as compensation, HR audits, and routine or general requests
- Serving as an employee advocate on employee relations issues; providing coaching to employees and leadership
- Provide leadership, HR expertise and coaching to employees with specific focus on: employee retention, employee advocacy/engagement, employee relations management, performance management, compensation, and career development and talent assessment
- Provide employees and leaders with an available first point of contact for questions and guidance on fundamental HR topics and issues
- Build credible and trusting relationships with employees to help facilitate effective employee communications and relations
- Assisting with employee engagement initiatives such as survey implementation, data gathering/analysis, recommended courses of action and action-item implementation or monitoring.
- Serving as a key resource on all relevant federal, state, local and human resource regulations and policies
- Assisting with the development and implementation of human resources policies and procedures
- Preparing EX reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
- Bringing your ideas to the table and ideally implementing something new
- Ensure that all employee relations issues are properly identified, reported & resolved
- Provide advice and counsel to managers and employees to ensure consistent application and integration of policies, procedures and practices
- Provide employees and managers with an available first point of contact for questions and guidance on fundamental HR topics and issues

- Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of HR experience, or Master’s degree in HR with at least one year of post-graduate experience.
