Employee Experience (HR) Manager

Just as our Consulting Services organization seeks to serve our clients and provide an outstanding experience, our Employee Experience team serves our employees and ensures they have the support they need to be successful.
Solstice is seeking an Employee Experience Manager with 7 years+ of generalist experience with a strong focus on performance management to support our EX team.
Here is a snapshot of what you may be doing:
- Working with the EX team and employees to revamp the performance management process
- Evaluating, recommending, and implementing new performance management tools
- Taking the lead in the quarterly review process lifecycle
- Assisting with employee engagement initiatives such as survey implementation, data gathering/analysis, recommended courses of action and action-item implementation/monitoring
- Coordinating employee culture building events and recognition programs to support retention and engagement
- Developing compensation policy and guideline interpretations, including the design of creative solution to meet specific compensation related needs
- Performing analysis for base and variable compensation, job evaluation and other related activities, which may include but are not limited to, market data research, salary survey submissions, executive compensation, compensation guidelines and etc.
- Ensuring pay structures are compliant with federal, state, and local guidelines, including FLSA, exemption classifications for existing and new jobs
- Assisting international employees with expatriate assignments
- Working with our Immigration attorney to provide support as needed for all visa requirements
- Developing, recommending and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Assisting with company-wide Mentoring Program
- Mitigating employer risk through managing employment law compliance, creating and administering tight system controls/processes and assisting with regulatory reporting
- Assisting in change management projects and Employee Experience related internal and external communications
- Approving training requests and maintaining training logs
- Supporting EX team in various projects
- Bringing your ideas to the table and ideally implementing something new
