- Collaborate with HR to develop resources to support employee onboarding, especially remote onboarding
- Create content to recruit for and support our intern program
- Support any virtual or external recruiting events, including sourcing giveaways, creating collateral, and promoting the event
- Project manage the development of external product marketing materials like sales sheets, case studies, sponsor ads, event materials, as needed
- Provide excellent project management for all assigned projects and act as the point of contact for Marketing with the CSC Corptax and CSC TCI teams
- Track metrics, constantly evaluating success and revising plans as needed. Stay on top of trends in the recruitment marketing space, and proactively offer recommendations, constantly identifying opportunities to do things better
- Advocate for the CSC brand, assisting others with brand consistency, and ensuring core messaging is aligned
