POSITION SUMMARY
Assist in recruiting and human resources functions for Wolverine
RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Source and screen resumes
  • Schedule, coordinate and conduct interviews
  • Campus recruiting
  • Assist in administering annual review process
  • Promote the Wolverine brand
  • Maintain employee data
  • Work closely with hiring managers
  • Coordinate the hiring process (background checks, paperwork, orientation, etc.)
  • Assist in employee relations
  • Additional tasks as required


QUALIFICATIONS

  • A bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational behavior or a related field
  • 1-3 years' experience in recruiting or human resources
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience with Taleo or a similar applicant tracking program is a plus
  • Attention to detail and task follow through
  • Self-motivated, energetic, results-orientated
  • Desire to bring innovative ideas to the position
  • Excellent oral, written and communication skills
  • Ability to travel 5-10 times per year for campus recruiting
