A bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational behavior or a related field
1-3 years' experience in recruiting or human resources
Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
Experience with Taleo or a similar applicant tracking program is a plus
Attention to detail and task follow through
Self-motivated, energetic, results-orientated
Desire to bring innovative ideas to the position
Excellent oral, written and communication skills
Ability to travel 5-10 times per year for campus recruiting

Utilize tech to bolster operations

As a database engineer, Kenny helps steer data efforts across the company. Recently, to redesign the structures and processes involved with archiving a large amount of data, she leveraged SQL to overhaul tables to decrease downtime during the archive process. “A portion of my project was written to be flexible enough to be used in different business areas. In this way, we have also planned for future internal projects."

Trading might be the pulse of the firm, but thanks to this 19-year-company veteran and his team, the kitchen gives it heart. Remote work hasn’t diluted the culinary culture, as Kreke and co. have posted recipes to the company website, like brisket chili and chicken shawarma, as they continue to develop their craft. “Hopefully, this time away will spark everyone’s creativity to come up with new ideas when we return,” he said.

The kitchen is ingrained into the culture here. It’s a space to grab a cup of coffee. A place where new employees are introduced to co-workers. Or, for some, a place to take a load off their mind.
