ABOUT THE ROLE
Pangea is looking for a talented, experienced, recruiter to help us build our growing team! As a Recruiter at Pangea, you will manage full-cycle recruiting to bring the best and brightest talent to our Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations teams. Our ideal candidate has successfully recruited for various roles at growth stage startups and is excited to take on the challenge of rapidly growing our organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage full-cycle recruiting process, acting as candidates’ primary touchpoint during recruiting process from initial screen to offer negotiation
Source and recruit passive and active candidates to build a pipeline of talent for open position as well as future open positions within all aspects of the business
Build and maintain an employer brand that attracts top talent in Chicago
Manage job board postings on Pangea’s careers site and external job boards
Establish strong working relationships with hiring managers across the organization
Create weekly and quarterly recruiting reports for leadership team
Report into Director of Human resources, and work closely with office manager on scheduling and coordination of interviews
Ensuring the recruitment process is completed in a fast, efficient and professional manner at all times, minimizing time to hire.
Assist in other HR projects as needed including onboarding and HR Administration
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree
3-5 years of experience running a full-cycle recruiting process
At least 1 year working as an in-house recruiter for technical and non-technical roles
Proven ability to run recruiting process for several high-priority roles
A results-oriented mindset, with a high sense of urgency and determination
Resilient work ethic and ability to persevere in challenging situations
Polished presence with a high level of professionalism and integrity
Start-up experience a plus
