Recruiter

We’re looking for a Recruiter to be responsible for sourcing and hiring top candidates to grow the Adage team.
As a technology services company, our talent is our most important asset, so you would play an essential role in building our company and helping drive business results. As Recruiter you’d be a front line representative of Adage, demonstrating our values and finding candidates who align with them, while continually improving the hiring process and candidate experience. You would be responsible for day to day of the full-cycle process and assisting with other recruiting-related projects as needed.
The ideal candidate has excellent listening and communication skills, can build trusting relationships, and possesses strong internal drive.
What you’ll do:
- Act as an ambassador for Adage and promote our employer brand
- Source qualified candidates using a variety of channels and find creative ways to engage them
- Review resumes and screen potential candidates
- Schedule and conduct various types of interviews throughout the hiring process
- Maintain requisitions and candidates within Jobvite (our ATS)
- Partner with hiring managers and maintain consistent communication to keep the processing moving
- Be the main point of contact for candidates, keeping them engaged and delivering positive candidate experience at all times
- Create and update job descriptions that are targeted to attract ideal applicants
- Attend career fairs and various networking events as a representative of Adage to build our talent pools
- Manage Employee Referral Program
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 1-3 years of experience in a Recruiting role
- Experience with Technical Recruiting is a plus
- Passion for recruiting and the desire to find the best candidates in support of Adage’s mission
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting
- Familiarity with different sourcing techniques and platforms
- Results orientation with the ability to work autonomously and keep projects on track
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adapt to changing needs
- Ability to maintain discretion with confidential and sensitive information
