Recruiting Coordinator, Tech Recruiting
Support the Technical Recruiting Team to build the Makers OrganizationThe opportunity:
This role is a long term contract position and will report to the Lead Technical Recruiter in the Chicago Market. This role supports technical recruiting for the Makers Org composed of Engineering, Product, Design, Data, IT & Security. We're looking for someone to ensure interviews are logistically streamlined, improve recruiting operations, and effortlessly navigate dynamic environments with precision and composure.

You’ll rely on your organizational skills, gets-ship-done mentality, and empathy to keep our fast-paced recruiting team running smoothly. Our ideal candidate builds trust effortlessly and is excited by the opportunity to work at the nexus of recruiting, surveying all of the various components along the way.
You will:
- Manage the interview scheduling process, serve as the expert and main point of contact for interviewers, candidates, and recruiting team-members
- Be a friendly face for our candidates and create an overall great candidate experience
- Identify and implement operational process improvements
- Participate in opening jobs in Greenhouse, collaborating on process improvements and & contribute to strategic initiatives (e.g. employee referral program, employer branding, insights & reporting, etc.)
You should have:
- High-volume scheduling experience strongly preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Proficient in Google Apps: Gmail, Drive and Gcal
- BA/BS
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS and other recruiting tools a plus
- Thrives in a fast moving environment
