It’s with that in mind that Hireology is looking to add a Sales Recruiter to our People Team. To foster continued growth, the Sales Recruiter will focus on growing and expanding our Sales team by generating pipeline, understanding the needs of the business, and maintaining the entire candidate experience. As our Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for:
Being a subject matter expert and a super user of Hireology: Provides consultative expertise to hiring managers as it pertains to the recruitment process, including partnering with managers to gather initial requirements, revise job descriptions, and set strategies that include assessing internal and external talent and creating a sourcing strategy for passive candidates, all using the Hireology platform
Thinking ahead: Builds and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for all sales roles
Being a core value ambassador: Ensure the Hireology Employment Brand and Core Values are exemplified through all stages of the hiring and onboarding process
Executing on Hireology’s Hiring Strategy: Leads full cycle recruitment process for openings, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience, including the passive sourcing of candidates, conducting phone screens, scheduling and coordinating on site interviews, and ultimately, managing the offer process
Creating “Wow” moments: Partner with hiring manager to ensure new hire has a well structured and engaging onboarding experience
Taking a data driven approach: Manage and maintain recruiting funnel tracking and reporting

2+ years of recruiting/talent acquisition experience required, experience working for a high-growth technology company is strongly preferred
Bachelor’s degree required
Must be organized and motivated with a keen eye for detail and work with a strong sense of urgency
You’re an impactful team player, passionate, innovative, creative and full of integrity
Must be innately curious, with a keen business acumen
Must be a strategic thinker, who continuously looks for ways to raise the bar
Must be able to work efficiently in a fast pace, high volume environment
