Senior Manager, HR Business Partner (HRBP):

As a member of our team, the Senior Manager, HR Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for supporting our Professional Services and Sales leadership / teams. This role will work consultatively with business leaders and employees to drive effective HR solutions that support the overall business strategy. This person will be responsible for supporting the employees within assigned business units with a wide variety of HR tasks, including coaching employees and managers, employee onboarding and development, performance management, and employee relations.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to understand the business strategy/drivers and drive solutions that meet business objectives
  • Coach line leaders on key areas of leadership / supervisory responsibility (performance management, people development and employee engagement)
  • Conduct key day to day activities as necessary (Orientation, Exit Interviews, etc).
  • Participate in developing HR team goals and strategy under the guidance of the Directors and Chief People Officer
  • Work with business unit supervisors to manage employee performance, including advising on promotions, providing guidance on internal job movement, and supporting the delivery and execution of performance improvement plans as needed
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition team for all hiring and onboarding activity
  • Manage offboarding for all employees in assigned business unit by conducting exit interviews and reporting on themes gathered
  • Serve as the HR contact for all employee relations matters for assigned business unit
  • Work with Total Rewards team to ensure compensation and bonus awards are administered correctly during performance management cycle
  • Partner with HR Operations team to maintain employee data and reporting in Workday
  • Performs other related duties and activities as required.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of business facing / HR Business Partner experience
  • Experience independently partnering with leadership on HR initiatives
  • Experience supporting the execution of core HR / Talent related processes including but not limited to performance management, succession planning and 9 box
  • Ability to influence and drive toward results in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented and highly collaborative environment
  • Ability to make independent decisions, engaging HR leadership when needed
  • Ability to interpret and communicate HR policies, procedures, and programs
  • Comfort with technology and experience with HRIS systems
  • Critical thinking, problem solving, and judgment skills
  • Highly professional and service-oriented; ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Good listening skills and ability to work with employee at all levels
  • Ability to advise leaders on strategy and best practices
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal, written communication skills

Other Requirements:

  • Up to 25% travel
  • Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in the country of the job location.
  • Physical: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
