ABOUT THE ROLE
The Senior Manager, People Relations role includes employee performance management, employee relations, HR legal compliance, performance management, employee engagement and benefits. This role also encompasses Senior HR Business Partnership to Shoprunner People Managers and is a resource for the entire company for HR-related topics and communication.

This role is US based only but we are open to any of our US offices in Chicago, IL, Conshohocken, PA (Philly), and New York City or fully remote in any of these states: CA, DE, IL, IN, FLA, MA, NY, NJ, NC, SC, PA, TX, UT, VA, WA, CT, MD, MI. From time to time, there will be limited travel to our offices as the need arises.


WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead our People Operations team to ensure:
    • Accurate payroll and benefits administration that enable an outstanding employee experience, including being a payroll and benefits admin back up.
    • Managing vendor relationships including but not limited to payroll vendor/HRIS and employee benefits broker relationships in
    • Focus on open enrollment
    • Support timely, accurate Immigration and Mobility for foreign national employees.
  • Employee Policy and Compliance ownership including:
    • Manage and execute annual required sexual harassment training
    • Regular SR policy updates and handbook review.
    • Partnership with SR General Counsel and outside Employment attorney vendors on compliance and potential employee risk issues.
  • HR Business Partnership to SR People Managers
    • Drive Dataworks culture of candor and feedback specifically with people managers
  • Travel as necessary to support teams and people managers.
  • Performance management program iteration
    • Ensure every employee is receiving the necessary feedback to continue progressing in their role, and every manager is being held accountable.
    • PIP/PEP process leadership and manager support
  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
    • Drive support for ERGs and inclusion initiatives within the communities where we work.
    • Support ShopRunner being an inclusive and diverse place to work where everyone feels welcome and included in alignment with our principle of inclusion.
  • SR People Data
    • Gather and synthesize data quarterly with PeopleOps Lead, including trends with attrition and employee relations for People Team QBR.
    • Present findings to Executive Team with guidance for future state of people business at ShopRunner.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, or any other related field MBA or other advanced degree is preferred
  • SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP, PHR, or SPHR preferred
  • 8+ years' Human Resources Management experience
  • A strong understanding and experience in the various HR Functions Passion for our company values is required.
