It’s with that in mind that Hireology is looking to add a Senior Recruiter to our People team to help us recruit and hire top talent. The Senior Recruiter will be a key player in developing the strategy to ensure we hit our hiring goals
As our Senior Recruiter, you’ll be responsible for:
Executing on Hireology’s Hiring Strategy: Managing full-cycle recruitment for salaried positions across all departments, primarily focusing on Engineering and Product
Being a Hireology Core Value Amabssador: Representing the Hireology culture and brand, fully portraying the value of the employment opportunity, and managing the overall candidate experience.
Building your brand: Build and maintain collaborative relationships with the Chicago community, participate in networking events, host meetups, etc.
Serving as a subject matter expert: Provide appropriate coaching and guidance on the interviewing and selection process to all hiring managers, make informed salary recommendations in collaboration with finance and hiring managers
Taking a data driven approach: Digging into metrics to regularly evaluate what’s working, what’s not, and quickly change direction and refining our processes as needed
Elevating others: Provide coaching and mentorship to junior level team members

5+ years of recruiting/talent acquisition experience required
Experience working for a high-growth technology company is preferred
Bachelor’s degree required
Must be innately curious, with a keen business acumen
Must be organized and motivated with a keen eye for detail and work with a strong sense of urgency
You’re an impactful team player, passionate, innovative, creative and full of integrity
Must be a strategic thinker, who continuously looks for ways to raise the bar
Must be able to work efficiently in a fast pace, high volume environment
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and diplomacy
