OneSpan is looking for a Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team. This will be a 6 months contract to start with.

 Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage with both passive and active talent through use of Boolean, LinkedIn, Social Media, and creative search techniques
  • Professionally reach out and engage with prospective candidates, ensuring timelines for responsiveness are met.
  • Utilize our tools to provide talent market insights and data to influence decisions.
  • Build a robust and diverse pipeline through resume screening, sourcing, networking, referrals, events, etc

Minimum Requirements:  

  • 1+ years of progressive and successful sourcing/research experience, either within a tech-driven company or a staffing/search firm

Preferred Requirements:

  • Strong research and candidate generation skills.
  • Ability to deliver results with no supervision and execute on multiple projects.
  • Experience in a fast-growing tech 
  • Data driven and analytical mindset.
  • Evidence of building successful candidate relationships and managing a network of talent
  • Proven success hitting metrics for recruiting, such as interview-to-offer ratios, quarterly hiring plan goals, and cost-per-hire targets.
  • Proven ability to easily adapt quickly to changing priorities.
