Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist - Contract Role

It is with that in mind, Hireology is looking to add a Talent Acquisition - Sourcing Specialist to our People Team. To foster continued growth, the Sourcing Specialist will focus on growing and expanding our Sales team by providing a diverse talent pipeline to fill open positions. The Sourcing Specialist will actively source passive and active candidates using any and all of the following targeted resources: various social media tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and online networking groups & associations.
Additionally, the Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for increasing Hireology’s employment brand to drive recruiting activity through Hireology’s social media channels including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
As our Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for:
-Partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to develop and maintain a pipeline of diverse talent.
-Sourcing passive and active candidates through a variety of channels including InMails, email, phone and text.
-Turning sourcing and outreach efforts into candidates for open roles and ensuring appropriate tracking.
-Managing multiple searches and timelines, and executing against deliverables while communicating progress to Talent Acquisition Manager.
-Ensuring the Hireology Employment Brand and Core Values are exemplified through active engagement on company-sponsored social media channels.

Okay, we’ve laid out what the job is - now are you qualified? Here are the minimum qualifications we’re looking for in a Sourcing Specialist:
-1+ years of Recruiting/Talent Acquisition and sourcing experience required
-Sales and/or sales recruiting experience preferred
-Bachelor’s degree required
-Must be organized and motivated with a keen eye for detail and work with a strong sense of urgency
-Must be a strategic thinker, who continuously looks for ways to raise the bar
-Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high volume environment
