With that in mind, Hireology is looking to add a Talent Acquisition Specialist to our People Team. To foster continued growth, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will focus on growing and expanding our Sales and Customer Success teams by generating pipeline, understanding the needs of the business, and maintaining the entire candidate experience. As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Executing on Hireology’s Hiring Strategy: Leads full cycle recruitment process for openings, including the passive sourcing of candidates, conducting phone screens, and ultimately, managing the offer process all while using the Hireology platform
Thinking ahead: Builds and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for all sales and customer success roles
Being a core value ambassador: Ensures the Hireology Employment Brand and Core Values are exemplified through all stages of the hiring and onboarding process
Creating “Wow” moments: Creates an exceptional and engaging experience for all candidates and new hires
Taking a data driven approach: Manages and maintains recruiting funnel tracking and reporting

2+ years of Recruiting/Talent Acquisition experience required
Experience working for a high-growth technology company is strongly preferred
Bachelor’s degree required
Must be organized and motivated with a keen eye for detail and work with a strong sense of urgency
You’re an impactful team player, passionate, innovative, creative and full of integrity
Must be innately curious, with a keen business acumen
Must be a strategic thinker, who continuously looks for ways to raise the bar
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and diplomacy
Must be able to work efficiently in a fast pace, high volume environment
