Ahead of a period of planned, substantive growth, we are thrilled to welcome an exceptional Senior Technical Recruiter to help to scale the practice at Cribl. As a successful candidate, you will harness talent market expertise to source passive prospects, convert high-quality leads into candidates, identify value drivers to align motivators, and advise hiring managers, interviewers, and leaders while you craft forward-focused talent strategies. As a core member of the People Team, you will help to prime a remote-first talent strategy, scale and deploy strategic people initiatives, and evolve equitable engagement programs to attract, onboard, and enable the people who power a generational company, like Cribl. 

Reporting directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition and based anywhere within the United States or Canada, this role is critical to the success of the business as Cribl scales.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and drive full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing and offers across all levels for our technical teams.
  • Build pipeline and drive pipeline strategy in partnership with Engineering and/or Product leaders, hiring managers, and interviewers.
  • Influencing business leaders and educating hiring managers on process, interview best practices and decision-making.
  • Own relationships with business leaders, managing the recruiting relationship through regular, data supported, business review conversations.
  • Participate in headcount forecasting and prioritization conversations, leveraging this position to help to collaboratively balance team capacity as well as actively manage internal stakeholder expectations.
  • Partner with talent partners, hiring managers, People Business Partners, and People Operations to build workforce plan and talent strategy.
  • Maintain professional, courteous, and timely communication with candidates to manage each step in the hiring process and foster long-term relationships.
  • Be an ambassador for candidate experience, proactively creating new ways to surprise and delight candidates as they go through our interview process.
  • Find the best, brightest and most passionate technical talent for Cribl using new and creative ways to find, engage, convert, and close.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in-house.
  • 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably with a focus on Engineering and/or Product.
  • Demonstrated success operating in a senior or lead capacity.
  • Proven track record of sourcing/hiring passive candidates from top technical companies
  • Experience partnering with and influencing hiring managers, interviewers, and senior leaders throughout the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Experience achieving goals in a low structure, fast-paced environment.
  • High proficiency with recruiting fundamentals.
  • Experience building a diverse pipeline of highly qualified candidates.
