At Medline, the Human Resources department plays a critical role in our success. The HR Development Program (HRDP) is a 32-month rotational program designed to build broad HR capability through hands-on experience across core HR disciplines. Participants will partner with various leaders and groups within the HR department to support the delivery of HR programs and services while developing foundational and strategic HR skills.

Job Description

Role Description:

Through four rotations, each lasting eight months, you will be immersed in various HR functions – with opportunities to be a part of Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Early Careers, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, HR Business Partner, and Belonging – you will have the opportunity to discover which HR function aligns with your career aspirations while providing real value to the organization.

During each rotation you will be provided with the opportunity to engage in strategic collaboration, diagnose needs and provide solutions, and build connections across the organization all while developing your leadership abilities through coaching and exposure to senior HR leaders. Roles and responsibilities will vary depending on the rotation.

As part of the HRDP you will have an accelerated career path with rapid growth experiences. After successful completion of the program you will be on track for increased responsibilities and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational (I/O) Psychology, Business, or related major

  • Senior standing with a 3.0 minimum cumulative GPA on a 4.0 GPA scale preferred

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills

  • Unrestricted permanent US work authorization

The anticipated salary range for this position:

$62,000.00 - $93,000.00 Annual

The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.

Our benefit package includes health insurance, life and disability, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, etc., for employees working 30 or more hours per week on average. For roles where employees work less than 30 hours per week, benefits include 401(k) contributions, paid time off, as well as access to the Employee Assistance Program, Employee Resource Groups and the Employee Service Corp.
