JOB DESCRIPTION
UL Solutions is seeking an Industry Marketing Specialist to drive marketing strategies and execution that strengthen relationships with industry standards and enforcement organizations. Partnering with sales, product teams, technical experts, and external stakeholders, this role develops targeted campaigns, compelling content, sales enablement tools, and engagement programs that build brand credibility, expand audience reach, generate demand, and support business growth. The position combines content marketing, campaign management, event marketing, community engagement, and performance analytics to reinforce UL Solutions' leadership in the industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Collect and analyze customer, market, and competitive insights to support strategy, planning, and budgeting.
  • Helps enable monitoring of industry trends and efforts to complete competitive analysis for growth opportunities and impending risks
  • Assist with go-to-market execution, including campaigns, brand activation, messaging, content, and sales enablement.
  • Contribute to demand generation across digital, content, social, events, and outbound/inbound channels.
  • Support campaign measurement, analytics, reporting, and budget tracking to drive ROI and pipeline impact.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales enablement, product/solution teams, and regional stakeholders.
  • Support launch planning, content activation, and promotional activities across the Built Environment portfolio.
  • Contribute to team success and additional business priorities as required, while adhering to UL Solutions' Code of Conduct and security protocols

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts degree, plus generally more than two years of experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven collaboration and cross-functional partnership skills.
  • Solid project planning and execution with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Strong business acumen and stakeholder awareness.
  • Effective interviewing and information-gathering skills.
  • Experience with budget tracking and financial oversight.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign performance data.
  • Proficiency in developing marketing collateral and supporting content initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking with a results-driven mindset.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Clear, persuasive communicator with strong presentation skills and stakeholder influence.
  • Highly collaborative, with experience working across cross-functional and global teams.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and responsive to evolving business needs.
  • Solid understanding of the marketing mix, including pricing, positioning, and execution.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and a broad range of internal communication tools.
  • Demonstrates high integrity with a strong commitment to compliance and ethical standards.

Total Rewards: We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 to $80,000 USD and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 10% of the base salary. This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday and personal days (totaling 12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
