This is a remote position.

Our client is looking for a motivated and articulate Inside Sales Associate to join their dynamic team on a part-time, remote basis. This company is a recognized leader in the real estate technology sector, having achieved significant market growth and industry awards in recent years. In this role, you will be a key player in driving their growth by managing and qualifying leads across three critical pipelines.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify inbound and outbound seller leads, creating value and preparing them for hand off to closing agents.

  • Nurture and qualify buyer/investor leads, scheduling appointments for the sales team.

  • Screen and qualify potential agent candidates from job boards and conduct outbound outreach to agents in target markets.

  • Conduct persistent and professional follow-ups via phone and email.

  • Manage and update all lead and candidate interactions meticulously within their CRM system.

  • Schedule meetings and coordinate handoffs efficiently.



Requirements
  • Must be located in Latin America (LATAM) and available to work during Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hours (9 AM - 5 PM).

  • Part-time commitment of a minimum of 20 hours per week to start.

  • Must have your own reliable computer and internet connection. Their security software can be installed with advance notice.

Qualifications

  • A sales-forward personality: ambitious, outgoing, persistent, and confident making outbound calls.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. (A clear accent is acceptable; comprehension is key.)

  • Prior experience with Salesforce is strongly preferred. Experience with Lever (or a similar Talent Management System) is a plus.

  • Proficiency with G Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and comfort learning new software quickly.
