Join Sensient BioNutrients as an Inside Sales Account Manager, where you'll own customer relationships globally, drive business growth, and collaborate with cross-functional experts—all while building your expertise in the BioNutrients market.

This opportunity is 100% office based in Hoffman Estates,IL.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers across the Human, Animal, and Plant Nutrition markets globally. 
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Commercial, Operations, and Customer Service teams to deliver customer-focused solutions. 
• Manage the sales pipeline by qualifying leads, implementing sales strategies, preparing quotations, and supporting pricing initiatives. 
• Track customer activity, maintain accurate records, and communicate key sales updates and opportunities to management. 
• Drive revenue growth by delivering exceptional customer service, negotiating effectively, and building long-term client partnerships.

The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $80,000 USD.  Pay within the range is based on several factors, which may include, but are not limited to, education, work experience, specialized training, and labor market conditions.  In addition to salary, Sensient is proud to offer a comprehensive and competitive benefits program to support the holistic well-being of our employees and their families.  This position is also eligible for performance-based incentive pay.
