What You’ll Do

  • Prospect through phone, email, LinkedIn, and coordinated campaigns with clear, account-specific messaging
  • Partner with Enterprise Account Executives to prioritize accounts, share intelligence, and agree on next steps
  • Qualify business needs, timing, stakeholder involvement, and fit before handing opportunities to sales
  • Maintain accurate account, contact, activity, and next-step records in Salesforce and sales engagement tools
  • Meet activity, qualified-meeting, and pipeline goals while improving conversion through coaching and call review

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ years of experience in outbound B2B sales, sales development, business development, or a related customer-facing role
  • Experience cold calling and writing tailored outreach for senior business stakeholders
  • Experience researching large organizations and identifying relevant stakeholders within a buying group
  • Able to manage a focused account portfolio, prioritize follow-up, and keep accurate CRM records
  • Clear written and verbal communication, including the confidence to ask direct discovery questions
  • Comfortable working toward activity and pipeline goals and learning from performance data
  • Coachable, resilient, and able to work closely with sales partners
