What You Will Do:

Guidehouse seeks an experienced Integrated Master Scheduler to support complex, multi-year master planning efforts. This role is responsible for developing and managing the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) as a core program management artifact—enabling portfolio visibility, coordination across initiatives, and disciplined execution. As a member of the management team, you will lead your project team(s) to solve complex business challenges for our clients. You will have the opportunity to deepen your specialized knowledge and consulting skills, with room for long-term professional growth and career development within the firm. We are looking for candidates who are self-motivated, team players, and outcomes oriented.

Job Description/Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) aligned to the portfolio’s Integrated Master Plan (IMP), roadmap, and work breakdown structure (WBS).

  • Integrate schedules across initiatives, workstreams, and stakeholders to enable alignment and traceability.

  • Manage milestones, dependencies, and coordination points across security, facilities, and related programs.

  • Track cross-initiative dependencies, risks, and changes; maintain associated artifacts.

  • Establish schedule governance processes, including cadence, baselining, and change control.

  • Perform critical path analyses and schedule impact assessments.

  • Support program controls integration across cost, risk, and performance tracking.

  • Develop executive dashboards and reports for leadership.

  • Facilitate schedule reviews, meetings, and governance forums.

  • Mentor team members and promote standardized scheduling practices.

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • SEVEN (7) or more years of experience in program scheduling or program controls.

  • Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or related field.

  • Experience developing and managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for complex programs.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar tools.

  • Experience with critical path analysis and schedule risk assessment.

  • Knowledge of WBS and Integrated Master Planning.

  • Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills – with both executive leader and staff levels.

  • Experience supporting federal clients.

  • Experience in security, facilities, or infrastructure programs.

  • PMP or PMI-SP certification.

  • Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) schedule health metrics.

  • Experience developing and using portfolio dashboards (Power BI, Tableau).

  • Comfort and willingness to use AI, as appropriate, to advance project outcomes.

The annual salary range for this position is $102,000.00-$170,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
