As an Intern Sales with Vistex, you will provide research, analytical, operations, and marketing support to Vistex’s Sales team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience with how a B2B software company goes to market, learns to prepare for and engage in strategic customer conversations, and supports a high-performing field sales organization. You will collaborate closely with Account Executives (AEs), Field Partnership manager, and Sales VP, contributing to real work that improves how the team operates and prepares. This position reports to the Manager, Field Partnerships – NA and is based in IL, CA, or PA, working in a hybrid fashion.
Responsibilities:
Account Preparation & Research
- Research and compile account briefs for priority Enterprise accounts
- Develop and maintain a standardized account prep template
- Build and maintain a clean org map tracking Industry VPs, AEs, and Field alignment
- Gather publicly available information (annual reports, press releases, LinkedIn, etc.) to support account-level insights
Field Operating Rhythm & Team Visibility
- Design and develop a reusable internal meeting deck to support weekly team visibility
- Establish a documented approach for updating the deck on an ongoing basis
- Support consistent team visibility into priority accounts, activity, and focus areas
Sales Presentations & Enablement & Supporting Projects
- Review and clean up existing sales materials including decks for prospect meeting and SAP enablement sessions
- Help develop a practical AI playbook to support research, meeting prep, and summarization
Other duties as directed or required
The compensation for this position is $18 - $25 hourly. Base pay will vary depending on factors, including but not limited to a candidate’s location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, and work experience.

Qualifications Education Required Bachelors or better. Experience Required Currently enrolled in a college or university degree program, or a recent graduate (within 12 months), Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable synthesizing information and presenting it in a clear, organized format Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel; comfort building and formatting professional decks and documents Analytical mindset with attention to detail; able to research, organize, and distill information into usable outputs Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams independently Collaborative and professional; comfortable working with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and partner stakeholders Curious and eager to learn; a genuine interest in enterprise software, B2B sales, or go-to-market strategy is a plus Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) for research and productivity is a bonus Equal Opportunity EmployerThis employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
