  • Report the results: Write clear, concise reports with well-supported findings and practical recommendations, and present them confidently to senior management.
  • Track remediation: Follow up on audit issues, validate that management actions are completed, and escalate overdue or high-risk items.
  • Contribute to the audit plan: Help assess emerging risks, support annual risk assessment and audit planning, and keep the team’s methodology current.
  • Support governance: Contribute to reporting for the Audit Committee and Executive Management, and coordinate with Risk, Compliance, and external auditors where useful.
  • Work across time zones: Collaborate daily with Internal Audit colleagues in the UK and Poland, sharing approach, tools, and insight.

What you’ll need for this role:

  • 3 to 5 years of post-qualified experience in Internal Audit, with a background in Internal Audit, Risk, or Compliance.
  • A solid grounding in finance and economics, and a real interest in financial markets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and challenge constructively at every level of the business.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to turn complex issues into clear messages.
  • Sound judgment and an analytical mindset, with comfort working independently in a fast-paced environment.
