Job Description:

The Job/What You'll Do:

Adhesion is looking to bring on a driven and hungry Internal Sales Representative, looking to show the world what they are made of. This Internal Sales Representative needs to have charisma, passion, and a fierce work ethic. This role will work in coordination and collaboration with partner Business Development professionals to drive territory strategy planning and communicate daily with that partner on tasks key to influencing the growth of the territory.

We can consider candidates for this position who are able to accommodate a hybrid work schedule and are close to our office location in Chicago, IL or Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage clients and prospective clients, led by online meetings, telephone, and email, to drive sales agendas and support the adviser-client’s full engagement health
  • Profile prospective clients, take copious notes, and identify opportunities for engagement and follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, and maintain contacts in Salesforce
  • Assist in responses to RFPs by maintaining relevant information and collaborating with internal teams
  • Perform market research by identifying trends, competitors, and key accounts, and relaying articles of value to the sales team
  • Maintain sales collateral and marketing material for team distribution
  • Other duties may be assigned

  • Effective communication skills and presence via web meetings, phone, and in-person
  • Talent to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work both within a team and independently as a self-starter
  • Ability to influence decision-making and solve problems, thinking critically and collaboratively, while executing with a client-first mindset
  • Proven ability to pay attention to detail, multi-task, and prioritize responsibilities effectively, with exceptional time-management and organizational skills.

Education & Experience:

  • 1-3 Years of exposure to the financial services industry

Compensation: The Base Salary range for this position is between $80,000-$100,000. 

This information reflects a base salary range that AssetMark reasonably expects to pay for the position based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and actual work location. This position will also be eligible for a comprehensive sales incentive package and competitive benefits.

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US to be considered. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position.
